How do I RSVP for the wedding?

To confirm your attendance, please complete the form below and submit a $50-per-person room deposit with our official destination wedding coordinators, Just Book It Travel.

Do I have to book with Just Book It Travel?

Yes. In order to attend the wedding events, you must book your stay through Just Book It Travel. They manage the guest list, room block, transportation, and event logistics, providing group rates, concierge-level support, and easy payment options.

Are kids invited?

Yes! Children are welcome.

What are the suggested travel dates?

While the wedding takes place on June 28, 2027, we would love for you to enjoy a full vacation!

The minimum stay is three nights, and we recommend booking from June 26 to June 30, 2027. You are welcome to stay longer so you can enjoy the resort and relax.

Group rates apply for up to 7 nights, subject to availability. A three-night minimum stay is required to attend the wedding.

Can I bring additional guests?

Your plus-ones are more than welcome to join you on the trip!

What if I’m unsure of my exact travel dates?

Book now and finalize later!

Changes are penalty-free until January 29, 2027.

If in doubt, reserve a longer stay — you can reduce nights later (subject to availability).

What is the payment schedule?

• A $50-per-guest deposit confirms your RSVP.

• Optional monthly payments (not auto-drafted).

• Final balance due: January 29, 2027.

After this date, all payments are non-refundable unless travel protection was purchased.

Example:

If your total reservation is $1,000 per person and you RSVP by January 2026, you would pay:

$50 at the time of booking

Estimated OPTIONAL monthly payments of $120 PER MONTH

The remaining balance must be paid in full by January 29, 2027

Can I purchase travel protection?

Absolutely, and it is highly recommended! Protect your investment from the unexpected. You can purchase travel protection at the time of booking or within 10 days. Travel protection may also be purchased independently.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Before January 29, 2027: Only $50 of the deposit is non-refundable, unless you have travel protection.

• After January 29, 2027: All payments are non-refundable.

Refunds must be requested through your travel insurance provider.

What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy the pool, beach, and restaurants while your room is prepared.

The resort offers an Unlimited-Luxury all-inclusive experience, meaning most things are included with your stay.

How can I find good flight deals?

Set alerts on Google Flights and book directly with the airline for the best flexibility. Flights to Cancun (CUN) are typically available 10–11 months in advance.

Which airport do I fly into?

Cancun International Airport (CUN).

How can I schedule my ground transportation from the airport to the resort?

It’s easy! The JBIT team will contact you 90 days before the wedding with the best options for the entire group. Stay tuned!

Do I need a passport?

Yes! All guests need a valid passport to travel to Mexico.

Double-check that it’s valid for the full duration of your stay.

If you don’t have one yet, apply early! Expedited processing can take up to 12 weeks.

What should I pack or prep for?

We have created a pre-travel checklist to make things easy — especially if it’s been a while since your last international trip. Confirmed guests will receive a complete travel guide 7–10 days before departure.
